Our Journey
The Group is born. Sarnith Enterprises India Pvt Ltd is incorporated in Tamil Nadu on 27 March 2015, establishing our presence in aluminum and iron scrap trading across India.
Southern Wind Power India Pvt Ltd is incorporated on 26 May 2022 — the Group's first clean energy venture, focused on wind electricity generation, power supply, unit sales, windmill installation, and operations & maintenance.
Southern Transport India Pvt Ltd is incorporated on 16 July 2023 in Kerala, extending the Group's reach into land transport and freight logistics across South India.
Southern Solar Power India Pvt Ltd is incorporated on 26 February 2026 — the newest pillar in our clean energy portfolio, delivering solar electricity generation, panel sales, installation, maintenance, repair, and consultation services pan-India.
Southern Realtors is established — the Group's dedicated property arm, offering residential plots, commercial properties, agricultural lands, and premium villa sites with end-to-end documentation and advisory services across South India.

Founder & Managing Director
Principal founder of the Southern Group and Managing Director of Sarnith Enterprises India Pvt Ltd. With over a decade of experience in aluminum and iron scrap trading across Tamil Nadu and beyond, he has grown the Group from a single enterprise into a six-company conglomerate spanning scrap trading, product trading, clean energy, logistics, and real estate. He serves on the boards of all Group companies.
Co-Founder & Director
Co-founder and director across all six Southern Group companies. Her focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management has established the institutional framework underpinning every Group entity — from Sarnith's founding in 2015 through the incorporation of Southern Solar Power and Southern Realtors.
Director — Southern Solar Power
Founding director of Southern Solar Power India Pvt Ltd and the Group's newest leadership addition. With a focus on solar EPC execution, operations and maintenance, and carbon market applications, he brings technical depth and commercial acumen to India's fastest-growing energy sector.
